Ingredients:

  • 1 and 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 and 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup vegtable oil
  • 3 egg whites - beaten stiffly

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.
  2. Combine yolks and milk.
  3. Stir into dry ingredients.
  4. Stir in oil and mix.
  5. GENTLY fold in beaten egg whites, do not over mix.
  6. Pour about 1/2 cup at a time into waffle iron.
