Blueberry Buttermilk Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

Directions:

  1. Grease or line 24 small muffin cups.
  2. In a large bowl, sift dry ingredients together and then add milk, eggs, and butter.
  3. Gently fold in blueberries.
  4. Pour into prepared muffin cups and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
