Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes, onion, salt and oil in just enough water to cover. (You won't be draining).
  2. When tender, mash with potato masher.
  3. Stir in eggs.
  4. Add vinegar to taste.
  5. Best if left a little bit soupy.
  6. Enjoy!
