Ingredients:

  • 1 gallon green beans
  • 1/2 gallon water
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp salt

Directions:

  1. Wash beans and snap. Cover with liquid mixture and bring to a boil. Boil for 15 minutes. Pack in jars while hot and seal.
