Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Butter sides of heavy 3 qt.
  2. Sausepan.
  3. Combine sugar, milk, and butter in pan and bring to a boil, stirring, over med. heat
  4. Cook and stir for 11 minutes.
  5. Remove pan from heat.
  6. Add chips, m.
  7. Cream, peanuts and vanilla.
  8. Stir until chips are melted.
  9. Spread in an 8x8 pan.
