Directions:

  1. Mix sugar, milk, and butter in sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a rolling boil.
  3. Cook 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and add rest of ingredients.
  5. Beat until cooler.
  6. Place in buttered 9x13 pan.
  7. Refridgerate.
