  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9 x 9 baking pan with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine onion dressing, mustard and salt. Slather mixture on both sides of chicken, and place chicken in pan. Bake 30-45 minutes or until juices run clear. Allow chicken to sit 5 minutes before serving to let the juices redistribute throughout the meat.
