Ingredients:

  • 2 tb spoon of beer yeast (substitute for active dry yeast if not possible)
  • 1 tsp of sugar ( no splenda !)
  • 3/4 cup of warm water
  • 1 1/3 cup of granoro 00 flour (use all purpose white flour if not possible)
  • 2/3 cup of brown flour

Directions:

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix the yeast, the sugar and the warm water. Shake well to desolve the yeast. Let chill out for 10 min
  2. 2. In a mixer, add both flour and the salt, mix until uniform
  3. 3. Add the liquid solution in the mixer
  4. 4. Mix at medium speed for about 4-5 minutes, add flour if its to sticky.
  5. 5. Form a ball with the dough, put it into a bowl and cover the bowl with Saran Wrap
  6. 6. Place a water of damm hot water in the microwave and place the mixture (with the bowl of course) and wait until the mixture has doubled in size
  7. 7. Petrify the dough (play and do a bunch of cool things like making it spin on your wrist and sing O sole mio)
  8. 8. Make it flat with a pastry roll.
  9. 9. Dispose the dough for cooking
