Directions:

  1. Dice bell pepper, onion, mince garlic and cube both potatoes.
  2. In a medium sized skillet place olive oil and butter - heat over medium high heat.
  3. Add potatoes, onions, garlic and bell peppers to skillet.
  4. Cook until golden brown and potatoes are tender stirring often.
