Ingredients:

  • 2 small yellow summer squash , cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 3/4 tsp olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp butter
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. In a small skillet, saute the squash, onion and garlic in oil and butter for 10-12 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Yield: 2 servings.
