Ingredients:

  • 3 cups breakfast cereal (general mills oatmeal crisp triple berry)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup canola oil

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in bowl.
  2. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl, then add to dry ingredients.
  3. Stir gently until just mixed, batter will be lumpy.
  4. Spoon batter into a greased muffin pan.
  5. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
