Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter and fry onions until soft but not brown.
  2. Add the cabbage and potatoes and mix well.
  3. Pat the mix down into a cake. Cook for 10 minutes over a medium heat. Then turn and cook again for 10 minutes.
  4. Ideal served with poached eggs, gammon or bacon.
