Ingredients:

  • 1 envelope vegetable soup mix
  • 1 container (16 oz.) regular or light sour cream

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, blend all ingredients
  2. Chill at least 2 hours
  3. Serve with your favorite dippers
  4. ***For a heartier dip, use 2 envelopes of vegetable soup mix
  5. ***Sensational Spinach Dip:
  6. Add 1 pkg. (10 oz.) chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  7. ***Vegetable Cheese Dip
  8. Add 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  9. ***Calico Seafood Dip
  10. Add 1 cup finely chopped cooked shrimp or crabmeat
  11. ***Ginger and Nut Dip
  12. Add 1/3 cup chopped peanuts and 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
