Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
  2. In large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine milk, vanilla, and egg replacer. Add wet mixture to flour mixture. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Grease a cake pan. Pour mixture into cake pan. Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out dry.
