Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl
  3. Mix all liquids and applesauce with bananas
  4. Whisk together all dry ingredients in a separate bowl
  5. Pour dry ingredients into wet and mix just until blended
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour for a loaf or about 25 minutes for muffins
  7. You can sprinkle the top with raw sugar, if you like
