Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 medium carrots, grated
  • 3/4 cup soymilk
  • 2 tbsp applesauce
  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix dry ingredients.
  3. Add wet ingredients.
  4. Stir until combined.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
