Ingredients:

  • garbanzo beans (whatever you like) or white beans (whatever you like) or black beans ( whatever you like)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp miso (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and whir until smooth.
  2. Spread on bread and top with sprouts, shredded carrots, tomatoes, lettuce, bell peppers or whatever you enjoy.
