It is simple and easy. Can be varied to your liking quite easily.
Ingredients:
garbanzo beans (whatever you like) or white beans (whatever you like) or black beans (whatever you like)
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon miso (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and whir until smooth.
2. Spread on bread and top with sprouts, shredded carrots, tomatoes, lettuce, bell peppers or whatever you enjoy.
