Ingredients:

  • 7 oz celery
  • 7 oz carrots
  • 8 oz zuccini
  • 7 oz beets
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 quarts tomato juice

Directions:

  1. Boil the vegatables and blend all with herbs. Chill and serve with olives and ice.
