Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In medium bowl stir together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
  2. Add milk and vanilla then stir until smooth then gently stir in nuts.
  3. Spread batter in ungreased casserole dish.
  4. In small bowl combine cocoa powder, granulated sugar and brown sugar.
  5. Gradually stir in boiling water then carefully pour evenly over batter.
  6. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes then serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
