Directions:

  1. Put cottage cheese into a bowl and sprinkle dry gelatin over the top.
  2. Stir well until dissolved.
  3. Add well drained pineapple and Cool Whip to cottage cheese mixture and mix together.
  4. Next fold in well drained mandarin oranges.
  5. Transfer this to a pretty bowl and refrigerate until time to serve.
