Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook and bone chicken.
  2. Sauté onion and peppers in butter in large saucepan.
  3. Add soups, tomatoes (and water if used).
  4. Layer tortillas, sauce, chicken, and cheese.
  5. Repeat layers.
  6. Bake at 350°F for one hour.
  7. Sprinkle paprika and cheese, chives for garnish on top.
  8. This is best with Ro-Tel not whole tomatoes and a mixture of shredded pepper jack and sharp cheddar.
