Ingredients:

  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Directions:

  1. Mix together in food processor adding in water slowly.
  2. Knead and refrigerate 1 hour.
  3. Roll to 1/4 cm thickness and fold into thirds.
  4. Cut and cook for 7-10 minutes.
