Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup bread flour
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select wheat bread cycle; press Start.
