Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine TVP, boiling water and ketchup. Let rest 5 minutes.
  2. Add all of the remaining ingredients except oil.
  3. Mix everything together very well.
  4. Mixture will be a little sticky.
  5. Shape into 8 patties.
  6. If they are very sticky coat with a little flour.
  7. Fry them right away or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
  8. When ready to cook heat oil. Cook until crispy brown.
  9. For Vegetarian option use Vegetarian Refried Beans.
