Ingredients:

  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Directions:

  1. In medium bowl, mix together yogurt, eggs, oil, feta, salt, and sugar.
  2. Sift together flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Slowly add the yogurt mixture and stir well.
  3. Pour into a well-greased 9x9 inch baking dish.
  4. Lightly sprinkle with paprika and caraway seeds.
  5. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Serve warm with butter.
