Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Shred the turnips, 1/2cup onions, 1/2 cup zucchini. Wrap shredded veggies in paper towel, roll and squeeze out moisture.
  2. Chop the bacon the fry it up. Remove the cooked bacon and add to the hash brown mix.
  3. In the bacon pan on high heat, Place turnip mixture into pan and flip when golden brown. About 3-4 minutes on each side.
