Ingredients:

  • 6 cups turkey broth
  • 1 lb spinach
  • 1/2 cup edamame
  • 1/2 cup barley

Directions:

  1. Peel carrots, celery, onion slice and add to broth, add barley & edamame- cook until barley is done and vegetables are soft - add spinac and cook about 10 minutes - serve.
