Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup celery
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Fry sausage meat and set aside.
  2. Saute onion and celery in butter.
  3. Mix all ingredients with sausage, onion and celery.
  4. Stuff turkey lightly ( can also be baked in a casserole).
