Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 2 cups celery
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix everything in one bowl and smoosh together. Pack lightly in bird. Optional add ins are plenty - have fun with it.
