Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degress
  2. In bowl combine:
  3. Turkey
  4. Onion
  5. Oregano
  6. Thyme
  7. Brown in skillet for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and add:
  8. Fresh parsley
  9. Pinch of salt and pepper
  10. Fill red pepper with ground turkey mix. Place 2 Tbsp of water in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake 15 minutes. Remove foil, bake another 5 minutes. Can add a Tbsp of Marinara sauce on top of ground turkey.
