Turkey Spinach Burgers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place ground turkey in a mixing bowl.
  2. Finely chop the fresh spinach (to reduce the volume) and add to bowl.
  3. Add rest of ingredients to bowl.
  4. Mix well and form into patties.
  5. Can be cooked in a grill pan on the BBQ, sauteed in a pan on the stovetop, or broiled in the oven.
