Ingredients:

  • 8 cheese slices (1-inch squares)
  • 8 small dinner rolls
  • 8 cherry tomatoes

Directions:

  1. Put ground turkey in a bowl.
  2. Use a small ice cream scoop to form 1-0z. patties.
  3. Place them in a preheated pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Cook over medium high for four minutes on each side.
  5. During the last minute, lay cheese on top.
  6. Cover with a lid to melt.
  7. Serve on rolls with tomato and pickles.
  8. (Add ketchup, mustard, and lettuce if you'd like, Get Creative!).
