Turkey Salad with Cranberry Feta Dressing

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Arrange lettuce leaves on 4 individual plates and top with turkey and 2 tablespoons of the pecans.
  2. Add remaining pecans, cranberry sauce, vinegar, sugar and 1/2 the feta to blender.
  3. Blend for a few seconds and slowly add oil.
  4. Stir in the remaining feta.
  5. Drizzle dressing over turkey and lettuce.
