Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese, and 1/2 cup fried onions.
  2. Spoon into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, spread across bottom and up the sides of the dish.
  3. Combine the next 7 ingredients. Pour into potato shell.
  4. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and onions.
  6. Bake for additional 5-10 inutes
  7. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.
