Turkey Or Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cube 2 slices bread and place in bottom of greased casserole.
  2. Mix meat, celery, onion and mayonnaise.
  3. Spread over bread cubes.
  4. Put remaining 3 slices cubed bread on top.
  5. Beat eggs, add milk and salt.
  6. Pour over bread.
  7. Add can mushroom soup, undiluted.
  8. Refrigerate overnight.
  9. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 houts.
  10. Add grated cheese and bake 15 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
  11. Serves 8 or 9.
