Directions:

  1. 1. Cut the eggs in half.
  2. 2. Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
  3. 3. Mash together with celery, onion, mayonnaise, salt and hot pepper sauce.
  4. 4. Stuff the egg white halves with the egg yolk mixture.
  5. 5. Sprinkle eggs with paprika.
  6. 6. Chill covered in the fridge until ready to serve.
