Ingredients:

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the goat cheese and mango chutney. Spread mixture onto tortillas, leaving a 1 inch space along an edge of each tortilla
  2. Arrange turkey slices on goat cheese mixture. Top the arugula leaves. Cut any large mango slices in half lengthwise; pat dry. Place mango slices on greens along the edge opposite the 1 space. Roll up tortillas tightly, starting with the edge with the mango. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  3. To serve, cut diagonally into 3/4 inch thick slices.
  4. Makes about 32 slices
