Turkey & Dressing Casserole With Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Slice turkey breast in 1 slices and set aside.
  3. In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except turkey and gravy.
  4. Mix well.
  5. In large shallow nonstick baking dish, place a layer of dressing, a layer of turkey, then gravy.
  6. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
  9. Gravy; In blender, combine milk and flour.
  10. Mix on high for 1 minute; set aside.
  11. In nonstick skillet over high heat, saute mushrooms, and garlic in chicken broth for 5 minutes.
  12. Add wine and butter buds to sauce.
  13. Use wire whisk to prevent lumping.
  14. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for two minutes; stir constantly.
  15. Gradually pour milk mixture into mushroom mixture.
  16. Continue to simmer until gravy has thickened; stir constantly.
  17. Serve immediately.
