Turkey and Cranberry Strata

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice croissants in half horizontally and spread with mustard.
  2. Sprinkle with half pepper.
  3. Spread bottom half of crossiants with cranberry sauce then add turkey. Place top half of croissant over turkey.
  4. Place filled croissants in a large casserole dish overlapping if needed.
  5. Whisk together milk, eggs, garlic, sage and salt and remaining pepper.
  6. Pour over croissants. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Bake at 375 for 45-60 minutes or til golden.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
