Tuna Stuffed Avocado

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz tuna fish
  • 2 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 -2 tbsp mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Cut avocado in half lengthwise and remove pips.
  2. Brush lemon juice over avocado to prevent discoloration.
  3. Blend together fish, salt, pepper and mayonnaise and spoon into avocado.
  4. Chill before serving.
  5. Garnish as desired.
