  3. In a medium bowl combine tuna, apple, yellow bell pepper and cashews. Separately blend roasted red pepper and mayonnaise in a blender; add to tuna mixture. Toss lightly. Divide tuna mixture and spread on four panini. Top with watercress. Serve.
