Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. This recipe makes a lot. If you are feeding an army, great. If not, you can cut ingredients in half.
  2. Boil macaroni according to directions.
  3. While preparing macaroni, prepare other ingredients.
  4. Slice celery, chop onion, slice the cheese into 1/2 inch cubes.
  5. When macaroni is finished, place in BIG bowl.
  6. Start off using about half of the macaroni and add more as desired.
  7. Mix in the rest of the ingredients along with salt and pepper.
  8. Now this recipe calls for a lot of mayo so you might want to use light mayo. I use a lot of relish because it makes it really sweet. The good thing about this recipe is that you can tweek it to make it taste the way you like. ENJOY!
