Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix potatoes, tuna, onion, egg yolks, and salt& pepper.
  2. Beat egg whites for 5 minutes and add to the mixture.
  3. Freeze for 1 hour.
  4. Make balls (ping pong ball sized) and fry in hot oil.
