Tuna Avocado Melt

Ingredients:

  • 1 can tuna , solids, in water
  • 1/2 medium tomato (diced )
  • 50 g swiss cheese (optional)
  • 6 slices rye bread

Directions:

  1. Drain tuna.
  2. Combine tuna, avocado, tomato, and dressing. Mix well.
  3. Spray pan or sandwich press with cooking spray. Place bread in pan. Place optional cheese and desired amount of tuna mixture on bread. Place second piece of bread on top.
  4. Cook.
