Tuna Apple Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 (6 1/2 oz) can tuna
  • 3/4 cup cheese
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 2/3 cup salad dressing or 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 medium apples, cored and chopped (2 cups)

Directions:

  1. Combine cabbage, tuna, shredded cheese, and celery; chill. Stir together salad dressing or mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, oil, sugar, mustard, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Add chopped apples and chill. To serve, pour dressing mixture over tuna mixture and mix well. Serves 4.
