Ingredients:

  • 1 lb butter
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/2 lemon

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in skillet.
  2. Add onion and trout with onion on bottom.
  3. Wait until onion starts popping and squeeze in lemon.
  4. Stir occasionally until trout is flakey.
