Ingredients:

  • 1 oz (2 tbsp) light rum , or to taste
  • 1/2 oz (1 tbsp) creme de cacao , or to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped crystallized gingerroot

Directions:

  1. In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth but still thick and pour into 2 chilled stemmed glasses.
