Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix cake mix as directed on package. Stir in nuts. Spread batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over batter. Bake as directed on package. Immediately
  2. After baking poke deep holes in top of the cake in pan while hot. Make the holes about 1 inch apart.
  3. Spoon fudge topping evenly over top of hot cake this will melt into holes. When cool serve with
