  1. In large mixing bowl, combine all cake ingredients, Blend till moistened, then beat on low speed till smooth, but do not overbeat.
  2. Pour half of the batter into a greased/floured 9x13 pan.
  3. Combine crumb ingredients and blend until coarse crumbs form.
  4. Sprinkle half of crumb mixture on batter.
  5. Pour on remaining batter, then top with remaining crumbs.
  6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  7. Serve with whipped cream or scoops of ice cream, if desired.
  8. ***Thiscake freezes well.
